Refund policy
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at atozbazaars@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery PolicyWe ship the orders on the next working day. In any case we will ship your order within 48 hours.
For Customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 5 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 7 working days.
Delivery of products is however, limited to certain pin-code/locations. For more information on delivery locations of products, you can use the ‘Check Delivery’ option on product page.
You will get updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to, processes to, ready to ship to, dispatch to deliver. You can track your orders through; My Account -> Orders.

However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
We Are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
